During our maths learning we have been exploring and using the language of capacity.
Great fun was had. measuring out 'full' cups of water to follow the instructions to make our pretend snow!
During continuous provision, the children loved exploring the texture and properties of the snow as well as using different tools to fill and empty' containers. The children used the language of 'full, nearly full, half full, nearly empty and empty' to show different amounts. Amazing Solveadactyls!
