• Forest School
  This week Inventors and Pioneers worked really hard on their collaborative skills.
• Trip
  We had a wonderful trip this week visiting Ness Beach and Shaldon Zoo. The children had a brilliant time and the weather held out for us which was lovely. We started the day on the beach drawing landscapes pictures and building sandcastles.
• Animal collages
  The children have spent the day creating some incredible animal collages.
• School Trip- INV
  We had a fantastic time at Shaldon Zoo on Wednesday!
• Musical Collaboration
  Much fun was had during our music session this week!
• Art
  This week, we started work to create collages in our Art lessons.
• PE, Science and Art
  We have been on a walk around school identifying microhabitats and the minibeasts and plants that live in them. We needed to say why these minibeasts were suited to these microhabitats and what benefits they provided.
• Art
  This week, we started our art project.
• Bug Hunt
  This week we have been finding out about minibeasts and where they live. Our new vocabulary included 'habitats' and 'environment'
• Forest School
  Year 5 have had great fun at Forest School the last few weeks!
