Well what can we say? We are so proud of our year 6 children this week for their fantastic attitude and commitment to their SATs. We enjoyed spending breakfast with them each morning and watching them face this challenge in such a positive way.
A special mention also to our year 5 children who have been so supportive of the year 6s this week and have achieved much success with their work about natural disasters.
Today we ended the week with an introduction to 'Space'. We viewed some clips about the solar system and created some space graffiti posters which showed what the children already know. We then created bar, line or pie charts based on some questions about space. Finally, we researched important events that have happened in relation to travel into space. What a lovely way to end the week!
