As part of our ‘Time Travellers’ learning journey, we have been thinking about the arrival of the Vikings in Britain.
This week, Pioneers and Inventors investigated questions about why and how the Vikings came to this country. The children enjoyed looking at replicas of a Longship, as well as thinking about how these enabled the Vikings to be so successful on their seafaring expeditions.
