The children explored the concept of respect online particularly when it comes to gaming.
The children met an alien who had never experienced online gaming before. They were fantastic at talking them through the challenges around keeping safe online. They discussed the safety around in game purchases, checking adult consent and communicating appropriately with friends. We discussed how to keep safe when talking to people they might not know, and the steps to take if other players are unkind to them.
