KS1 have been finishing their art unit with Kandinksy inspired beanstalks.
Investigators have been working hard throughout their art unit this half term learning all about colour and painting. The children have explored primary, secondary and complimentary colours as well as tints. The children have used different paints and experimented with different tools to make different marks. As part of our topic of fairytales the children created a Kandinsky inspired beanstalk from Jack and the Beanstalk, taking inspiration from Kandinksy's use of colour and abstract style.
