Discoverers and Voyagers have had lots of fun being scientists this week.
This week, the children had a visit from an audiologist to teach them more about how we hear. The children also had a Science Day' in which we conducted lots of amazing experiments, lots of which were linked to their current topic of sound. They created some string telephones, explored how materials help to insulate sound, and also learned how to create an instrument out of glasses of water. They thought carefully about how to control the variables and set up the experiment like real scientists.
