The children in KS1 enjoyed putting their skills to the test to try and beat their personal best!
We took part in a range of activities, including the standing long jump, 3-step leap, hoop skip and speed bounce. The children developed their skills of jumping from two feet to two feet, speed bouncing while keeping their arms out for balance and skipping with coordination when jumping through a hoop. We finished off our lesson by raising our heart rates doing the Bishop Mile!
