Voyagers and Discoverers have been studying maps and atlases to find out facts about the UK.
As well as locating the main mountains of the UK, we have been researching facts about altitude and conditions on mountains to represent our ideas by creating posters. Our next task was to find out about rivers, where they originate and how and where they flow. It has been wonderful to see everyone supporting each other and discussing great ideas together. What amazing map reading and teamwork Years 3 and 4!
