Years 5 and 6 had a great time investigating different elements of light during our Science lesson in the last week of term.
The children had a fun-filled afternoon learning about key scientists (Alhazen and Newton) and used their scientific skills to investigate different properties of light. They came up with some fantastic theories, that they explored and tested, involving experimenting with prisms, looking at how light refracts and seeing how far they could bounce rays of light around the room. It was amazing to see the children working so methodically, yet creatively, to explore their ideas. Well done Pioneers and Inventors!
