In our Literacy lessons, Voyagers and Discoverers are going to write their own non-chronological report about our Worldwide History topic: the Maya.
As well as studying reports and thinking about key features, such as descriptive vocabulary and subordinate clauses, everyone is starting to research information to form paragraphs in their writing. Some super, independent research has been taking place, with children being effective note takers, recording information in their own words. What a fantastic start to showing all of the great things the children have discovered about the Maya in written form! We can't wait to see the results of all your hard work Years 3 and 4!
