The Inventors and Pioneers had a lovely first day back creating their very own dragon eyes out of clay.
Most of the day was dedicated to learning about artists who have used eyes as a subject in their artworks, discovering the 'slip and score' technique, planning and sketching their dragon eyes and finally, developing and improving their art skills when using clay as a medium. Each dragon eye is very unique and demonstrates each child's creativity. We look forward to sharing them with you at the curriculum celebration later in the term.
