Inventors and Pioneers trialled using oil pastels to create effects they might use in their final piece of art work.
The children learned how to use oil pastels effectively, then used them to mimic artistic styles observed in other pieces of art. The children layered colours on top of one another, a technique they can choose to apply in art work they will create (showing a volcano or a tsunami).
