In our Design Technology lesson this week, we studied Roman aqueduct design.
After researching aqueducts built by the Romans, we investigated the construction of arcades. The addition of an archway made the construction much stronger and far more robust. We investigated how many more bricks this structure could hold and were amazed by the results.
