On Monday 25th November, it will be once again time to celebrate the learning that has been happening in our school. You are invited in to see what the children have been doing and also enjoy them leading you in some learning of your own!
We have been celebrating Children in Need today by either wearing our pyjamas or dressing up as people who help us. Thank you so much for your kind donations. We managed to raise £206 towards this worthy cause!
The KS2 children today joined members of the Bishopsteignton Community for the Armistace service at the memorial in the village. They were perfectly behaved and showed respect by remembering those who have been so brave during many different wars.
Well done to our 2 teams from Discoverers and Voyagers who competed in the High 5 Netball Tournament last night.
As part of our assembly yesterday, the children were asked to give their top tips for staying safe at Halloween.
We had our Harvest Celebration this afternoon. Miss Thomas led a fantastic assembly where the children learnt about how foods were harvested and the reasons why we celebrate this festival.
A fantastic turn out for the KS2 Girls Football event today at Teign Secondary School. We were delighted that 20 of our pupils wanted to be part of this opportunity to develop football skills and techniques.
Our new School Council had their first meeting today. This group of children have been voted into the role by their peers.
Today we had our first Open The Book assembly of the new academic year. The children were treated to a story called 'The Helper Arrives' which told of how people started to spread the word about Jesus and how all of us have people who help us.
Welcome back to school! We hope all of your children enjoyed their first day back after the long summer holiday!
