KS1 have created their own hydroponics station to observe some freshly planted beans.
The children learnt about hydroponics and how, why and when it can be a good alternative to soil planting. Next, each group made their own hydroponic planting pouch and planted their seeds ready to observe over the next few weeks. We also made one to put in the cupboard to test out a few theories that we had!
