Sessions and Fees
Our opening times are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:50am – 3pm
Morning sessions run from 9am – 12:00pm
Afternoon sessions run from 12.00pm-3pm
Charging Policy
Government funding is currently available for 15/30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. For all children aged 3-5 years old. This funding is available from the start of term after the child’s 3rd birthday. The Government is also funding some eligible two year olds and these children are also entitled to 15 hours a week free childcare. This can start the term after the child’s 2nd birthday.

2. In certain circumstances, an additional voluntary contribution could be requested to help cover the cost of outings, additional reserves or expenses.
3. Four weeks notice is necessary if sessions are no longer required. Any fees payable will be charged during this notice period.
4. Fees rates will be set based on the child’s date of birth on the first day of term as set by Devon County Council which may differ from our term dates. The revised rate will be available from the start of the term after the child’s third birthday.
If your child begins preschool before they are eligible for funding, the cost will be:
£5.34 per child, per hour for under 3’s & 3 year old’s whose birthday’s fall outside of the start of the term as set by DCC.
£4.42 per child, per hour for over 3’s
You will be sent an invoice by email (or paper copy by request) every term. This can be paid in full or in two halves via School Money or by childcare vouchers of the Government scheme.
Lunch Prices
Your child can enjoy a hot lunch which is freshly cooked up at the school. Lunches can be ordered when you drop off your child and paid for via the School Money system. Lunches are priced at £2.50 per day from 15th April 2024. See our Summer menu
