British Science Week

The children investigated the different colours which make up visible light.
It has been a fantastic first week of learning so far and has been brilliant to see the children all back in the classroom.
Today, the children collaborated to make a Newton's disc - a spinner made up of all the colours of the rainbow. When this disc was spun, the children noticed that the disc appeared white as all the colours blended together.
We used this to prove that white light is in fact made up of many different colours. The children showed great collaboration and curiosity throughout the experiment.
