Years 5 and 6 have been taking part in the fiver challenge this week. The Fiver Challenge is a national enterprise programme providing children an interactive and fun way of developing core enterprise and financial education skills.
Inventors and Pioneers have worked fantastically in groups to develop a product/service to support the local community that they can sell to raise funds (that will be given to FOBS) to support the school. The children have been working on problem solving, confidence, creativity and teamwork and have started carrying out their market research this week to identify the costs associated with their products and to begin thinking about how they will develop them using only a fiver! We can't wait hear their sales pitches and to see the final outcomes over the next few weeks. Super job Inventors and Pioneers!
