As part of our Jigsaw unit about 'Healthy Me!' we having been finding out about the importance of exercise.
We were amazing Explorasaurs on our walk to the park, and we were great at using our 'noticing' skills along our route.
On the way to the park, we stopped outside the garage to take part in a traffic survey. We were super excited to see a selection of emergency vehicles.
At the park, we enjoyed exploring all the play equipment. We talked about exercise being important to help keep our bodies and mind healthy; exercising our heart and developing our muscles too!
