News Stories People Who Help Us At Preschool we have been talking about and finding out about people that help us in our daily lives and routines, beginning to be aware of and show an interest in different occupations, such as doctors, dentists, police, firefighters and the RNLI. Once Upon a Mermaid's Tail At Preschool we have been sharing the story of Once Upon a Mermaid’s Tail which explores the importance of caring for and respecting our natural world, environment and living things. Favourite Stories and Rhymes The Preschool children have been busy sharing their favourite stories and rhymes during circle time, in small groups and 1:1 with adults! Festive Fun! ⛄ The Preschool children were amazing at singing their Christmas songs for their adults this week! It was lovely to see so many of you at our concert on Monday. Christmas Craft! The Preschool children have been busy getting ready for Christmas by participating in a variety of crafts to create Christmas cards and decorations! Woodland Creatures At Preschool the children are finding out about the wildlife that we may see in our natural surroundings and hibernating animals! Firework Fun! The Preschool children have been great at talking about fireworks and firework safety this week! Seasonal Changes At Preschool the children have been talking about and observing seasonal changes. We have been busy searching for natural resources from the garden create our own artwork! Autumn Craft
Sharing our Thoughts and Feelings. The Preschool children have been using our ‘Little Box of Feelings’ game, to look at and talk about feelings , why we may feel different emotions, what makes us feel happy and how we can express ourselves in a positive way.
