• String Telephones
  In Science, we have been investigating how sound is created. We used string phones to explore how sound travels.
• Masterchef -Home Learning
  We have been very lucky to have tried a variety of energy bars/snacks made by the class for their homework. Thank you for helping children to create their delicious snacks and sharing their recipes!
• Forest School
  Year 4s started their Forest School sessions this week. They had a fantastic time making potions, dens, and hedgehog homes as well as many other outdoor activities.
• Topic
  In preparation for our trip to Dartmoor next week, we have used atlases to locate rivers and tors on the moors.
• Science-Sound
  In Science we are now learning about Sound. In our first lesson we have investigated how sounds are created and explored different sources of sound.
• Online Safety
  In our KS2 assembly today we talked about how what we say, post and share online can affect others.
• High 5 Netball
  Year 3 dodged the showers in PE today where they worked hard to develop shooting skills in netball.

  We were very impressed with the children's homework this week! We loved seeing all of their creative sculptures of mountains.

• Hot Seating Gangsta Granny!
  We had so much fun in our English lesson today! Some children volunteered to act like Gangsta Granny and be questioned by the rest of the class. The questions and answers helped us think about her personality in order to write our character description.
