Exploring Childhood in Maya Society Today in History, we have been learning about the lives of children in Maya society. The class explored the differences between childhoods for the rich and the poor. History reports In our Literacy lessons, Voyagers and Discoverers are going to write their own non-chronological report about our Worldwide History topic: the Maya. Developing our division skills. In Voyagers and Discoverers, the children have been learning how to divide larger numbers by looking at how to partition. This helps them think carefully, use what they already know, and become confident mathematicians. Creative Computing!
