      Today the children were amazing 'Explorers' using their good looking eyes to spot different shapes in the environment.

      In phonics today we learnt the 'p' sound.

      This week, we have been busy developing our scientific skills by extending our knowledge and understanding of solids, liquids and gases. 
    • Oil pastel art
      Inventors and Pioneers trialled using oil pastels to create effects they might use in their final piece of art work.
    • School Council
      Our new School Council had their first meeting today. This group of children have been voted into the role by their peers.
    • Forest School
      This week in Forest School, children took part in a range of outdoor activities. In this photo you can see children creating trails for their friends to follow to find a hidden treasure.
    • Gangsta Granny
      In Year 3/4, we are taking inspiration from 'Gangsta Granny' by David Walliams to learn about character descriptions.

      The Explorers were really keen to make their own Numberblock after watching Numberblock 2 sing 'Everything is better with two'! Great cutting and sticking skills!
