News Stories Patterns Everywhere! In maths this week we have been busy exploring, copying, continuing and creating patterns! House Captains This week, some of our incredibly brave Year 6's stood up in front of their houses to deliver their House Captain speeches and explain to their houses why they thought they would make a good House Captain. Creative Computing Voyagers and Discoverers have been amazing us all with their enthusiasm for Computing! National Poetry Day 2025 This week, our Voyagers and Discoverers classes celebrated National Poetry Day. The theme this year was Play, and we embraced it through rhythm, action, and plenty of fun.- Roman Exeter presentations
Fun Phonics! This week the Explorers have been amazing Tryatops as they start our new journey into Phase 2 phonics! Has anybody seen John Rattenbury? KS1 have been learning about smugglers from our local area, in particular John Rattenbury who was known to operate in Devon. School Council Presentations As part of our pupil leadership program, some of our lovely children have put themselves forwards and given fantastic presentations in the hope of being nominated as School Council representatives! Victorian Classroom As part of learning about life in the Victorian times, Voyagers and Discoverers role played being in a Victorian classroom. Music Year 3 have been learning to play the recorder.
