• Symbol hunting
  KS1 have been learning about important symbols in Judaism and went on a hunt for symbols they can see around our school.
• Clockwork Characterisation!
  In Literacy, we have been using the text 'Clockwork' by Philip Pullman as a stimulus for our writing.
• Magnificent multiplication
  The children have been using their multiplication and place value knowledge to multiply larger numbers.
• Penguin problem!
  The children were very excited this week to discover a penguin had arrived in class and had lots of ideas about where he had come from and how we could help him!
• Great Greeks!
  Making a fantastic start to the New Year, Pioneers and Inventors are learning all about Ancient Greece.
• Social Dancing
  Inventors and Pioneers have really thrown themselves back into the new term with lots of enthusiasm for our new Dance Unit in PE!
• MERRY CHRISTMAS!
  A big Merry Christmas to all the family and friends of Inventors and Pioneers!
• Building a river channel
  The children celebrated the end of a brilliant Geography topic by building their own river channel on the grass outside.

  An amazing performance from all our KS1 children for this year's Nativity.
